This Privacy Policy explains how Nuowei Aisen International (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit this website, send us a form or contact us. We operate as Hainan Nouwei Aisen International Trade Co., Ltd., under the brand name Nuowei Aisen International.

Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run and protect the website.

Recorded automatically
When you submit a form we also record the date and time and the page you sent it from. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the website.
How we use your information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- to reply to your enquiries and requests;
- to prepare quotations and provide import and export support;
- to handle education enquiries, review documents you send and follow up with you;
- to carry out graphic design requests;
- to send newsletter updates, if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- to keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse; and
- to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Why we may process your information
Depending on where you live, the law may require us to explain why we handle your information. In general we do so because you ask us to (for example to answer an enquiry or prepare a quotation), with your consent (for example when you subscribe to the newsletter), to protect our website and business, and to comply with legal obligations.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run this website and handle your request, and only as far as necessary.

Files you attach
You can attach up to 3 files of up to 5 MB each (PDF, images, Word, Excel, CSV or TXT). Files are saved in private Google Drive folders that only authorised staff can open.
Please send only what is needed for your request, and avoid including sensitive information that we have not asked for.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses only essential storage of its own and a few third-party embeds. For details of what is stored and how to control it, see our Cookie Policy.
International transfers
We are based in China and our service providers operate in many countries. Your information may therefore be processed and stored outside the country where you live. By sending us your information you understand that it may be transferred in this way. We take the steps described in this policy to protect it.
How long we keep information
We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your request, to keep reasonable business records and to meet legal obligations. When we no longer need information we delete it or make it anonymous. You can also ask us to delete your information earlier (see Your rights).
How we protect information
Our forms are validated, uploads are restricted by file type and size, spam protection is used, and attached files are kept in private Drive folders with access limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what information we hold about you and get a copy;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter; and
- object to or ask us to limit certain uses of your information.

Children
This website is not directed at children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please ask a parent or guardian to send an inquiry for you. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without permission, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our website links to third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp. These open only when you select them and are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. We encourage you to review it occasionally.
